Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Frontpage Sections Ordering.
Frontpage Section Order:
To Drag & Drop items to rearrange the order to show as per the requirement. You can also enable/disable each one of the front page sections just by clicking on the eye icon.
Note: This setting works only for all front-page sections.
